I paid to have this fix my computer. I used their people to download it on my computer. Of course it was some guy you couldn't understand and we were on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes. All he wanted to do was sell me a firewall protection since I didn't buy theirs. He kept telling me I wasn't protected from the internet. I was but he had turned it off.
I finally told him I would give them 50 bucks and not one penny more. After that he finished downloading the anti-virus and repaired the issues that their software showed I had.
I am going to try and get my refund and get this off my computer. Just because they are Microsoft friends doesn't mean a thing. Be careful
